Terms of Service for WhatWord

Welcome to WhatWord (“App”), published by John Wilder (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Accounts and Security

• You may sign in with Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Gameplay and Content

• The App offers solo and PvP word games, leaderboards, friend requests, and challenges.
• You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• We may remove content or restrict features to protect the community.

4. Advertising

• The App displays advertising via Google AdMob. Ads may appear after completing games or when requesting hints.

• No purchase is required to play the game.

6. In‑App Notifications

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
